EXCELLENT SERVICE
We received excellent service from Affinity health today. My son had a little accident while playing with friends and we needed to rush him to the emergency room due to a bad laceration. The lady that assisted with the pre authorization (unfortunately missed her name in my panicked state) was very efficient, by the time we arrived at the hospital they had already been notified of my son's injury and were given the pre authorization codes. Thank you to Affinity health for the most streamline service, which the hospital administration were also very impressed with.
