Excellent service - Affinity health
Today I deal with Shamone, Precious and Melissa. Wow what great service. All 3 off them was friendly and very helpful.
Shamone assisted 1st and was very friendly and helpful explaining what I need to get authorization.
I then spoke to Precious. I want to give a special thanks to Precious. She went out off her way to make everything even more smoother. She even send me all the documents that I will need later.
Melissa then assisted me with the final authorization and details. She explained what they will need from the specialist if there is any procedures etc.
All 3 off them made me feel like I am a special customer...
Thank you so much. You are STARS!!!!!!
