EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have to go to the dentist and had to obtain pre-authorisation.....The dentist office sent the email on Thursday afternoon late (6pm) and I received feedback from Jessica Chambers by 4pm the following day to advise that the full procedure will be covered. I am really impressed with the service and really appreciate that they will cover everything. This is really a very affordable medical insurance compared to some very expensive medical aids out there, and I can honestly say "I PREFER AFFINITY HEALTH! Keep up the good work! :-)
