Excellent Service

<p>This morning I recieved a call from Affinity Health to join their insurance and the most accommodation voice on the other end of the line, Mr. Ashwin George, assisted me. As a fellow "Call Centre Employee" who's also had great days and dropped calls days, I just want to say: Ashwin, youre telephone etiquette is outstanding, you are so patient and helpful and humorous and I can tell from your tone of voice, that you take pride in your work. You have amazing potential and I have to say, on a rainy day like this, phoning a potential client and pitching such an energised sale is not a given. Well done and thank you for the professional manner in which you assisted me and completed my application. </p>
