Excellent, outstanding service.

In all my year dealing with different medical aids. Melanie from telehelp is by far the best. I can actually hear her smile when she phones me. Melanie, it's because of you that I will never leave affinity. I give u 11 out of 10 for all the service u have given me. Keep on what u r doing. U r my hero.... Thank you for everything

It literally feels like im taking Affinity's Health with the service I am getting. I send a please call me to get a auth number and within 2 minute Ntombi Mkhwa**** called me to give auth number. That to me is excellent service. It feels like I owe her a box chocolates and flowers with the speedy service I got.
