A big thank you to Rhinder Mincher. You assisted me yesterday while I was stressed because my son was sick in another province. You kept me calm throughout that call. A big thumbs up to you for such excellent and informative service. You went over and beyond makkng sure that I got all the necessary info and knew what my next step was.
