Excellent customer service from their agent Samu Ndlovu.

I have only had a very good experience from this Affinity Health. I unfortunately had to cancel my policy today due to financial difficulty, and the lady who helped me was very understanding, kind and helpful. The agent I worked with's name is Samu Ndlovu. Even in my broken english, she was patient and masterfully was able to understand what I was saying. Then, my phone cut and it seriously was not 2 seconds, I tell no lies, 2 seconds flat, she called me back and we were able to conclude our discussion. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience and excellent customer service. Even if I was not fully able to financially commit, you did not flinch in how respectfully you treated me. Samu, you are a very good representative of this company. Dearest lady, never loose that spark. Affinity Health, keep up the good work and thank you for appointing people with heart. I am truly sorry I am unable to use your service just yet. I think it would have been pleasant to work with you, just by my experience this morning. Keep it up. 🎉
