Excellent Customer Centeredness
I am so super satisfied with Affinity and how they handled my last specialist visit; they immediately processed my authorisation. Nozipho went the extra mile to make sure my knowledge of the balance was updated and my pre-auth was done. I submitted my claim, and instead of waiting the 30 days, I only waited for 5 days, and my claim was paid out in record time. I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved, and you made me a completely happy client. Thanks a million, Affinity and your team for great customer service.
