EXCELLENT AFFINITY!!!
I had an emergency procedure on 06Dec2021 and there was no time for authorization. However, my sister dealt with Affinity and received EXCELLENT service. Samantha Snyders went the extra mile and all were sorted within a few days. I certainly would like to recommend Affinity Health to everyone, especially in these times with poor service in our country! THANK YOU AFFINITY, AND HUGE THANK YOU TO SAMANTHA!!!
