Initially I would've not even rated any stars but it took 1 agent Ernestine Januarie to save the reputation Affinity has with me.After an extremely emotional and financially strenuous time Ernestine was the only agent who took time to actually actively listen to my case and give it all the attention it required.She was consistent in her feedback and efforts to assist me in resolving my complaint.She has shown remarkable customer service and still comp**** with all processes and procedures.She is a true asset to your company and I truly value her efforts and dedication.Ernestine Januarie deserves more than just a thank you and I truly hope she will be compensated for her commitment to rendering remarkable service...Thank you again Ernestine God bless!
