Empty promises and liers
<p>On Monday i have logged a complain again affinity regarding the poor service that i have received and i was given a call trying to explain why i was not admitted to hospital, i was told that they have send the letter to the hospital telling them to admit me and promised to send me the letter to prove that they were innocent on Monday, even today i havent received anything from them. in this case i dont know who is lying and am tired. i have no choice now but to consult my lawyers since am not taken serious</p>
