I would like to thank Sr. Engelbrecht for an amazing service. I connected via whatsapp line and within 5 minutes I was consulting with Sr. Engelbrecht, it is in the way she ask questions in a respective and professional manner that I felt cared for, heard and understood. Within 3 minutes I had my authorization with a complete address of the GP, what an outstanding service!!! Thank Sr. Engelbrecht you are simply the best.
