DONT JOIN AFFINTY DAY LIGHT *******
this has got to be the most pathetic medical insurance they cover NOTHING you don't know what hospitals you can go to in case of an emergency you ask what hospitals they cant tell you you ask what specialist they cant tell you , everything is just call the pre auth if it is an emergency i don't even know what hospital i can go to
please don't join affinity health it is day light ******* and they cover nothing and cant assist you with anything !
they just ***** your money
