DO NOT FALL FOR AFFINITY HEALTH TRAP,
DO NOT FALL FOR AFFINITY HEALTH TRAP,THEY CROOCKED ME OF MY LAST CENT R1100,NOW THEY SAY I WON'T GET MY MONEY BACK EVEN IF I CANCEL,WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL BEFORE THEY CAN DEDUCT MONEY FROM ME AS I AM STILL WITH ANOTHER HEALTH INSURANCE
