Dishonest and worthless Medical cover
So far I have been with Affinity Health they did not cover any of my medical issues. Not for an emergensie room or even my chronic medication. When asked them if they cover ADHD they said yes , after 6 months of waiting period I want to apply for the chronic medication documents they send it to me and stated they cover all the chronic medical conditions except ADHD. Affinity Health is worthless!!!!!

It was not queried whether Concerta would be covered, the sales rep did not confirm that Concerta would be covered, and the sales rep advised that medication would be covered according to formulary, which is a list of medications that is managed in order to keep the cost of medical cover affordable.
Please note that it is written in Policy Wording and printed on your membership certificate that conditions such as ADHD are not covered by Affinity Health.
