Disgusting Service

I have been with affinity for years now. My daughter was ill they wouldn’t cover hospital bill. I’m currently pregnant and requested pre authorisation they gave me certain amounts they will cover only which wasn’t specified when I upgraded. I’m still waiting for my doctors payment and haven’t received anything!!! Most disgusting service and will definitely be changing after birth. Quick to take ur money. Terrible at sticking to what was promised. And won’t pay!!!
