Disgusted with affinity health

Affinity health is all about making money and deceiving their clients . Thubelihle Wiseman Ndwande blatantly **** to me when I opened my policy and sold me dreams about the services I have access to.I was shocked when I wanted to start using my medical only to find out that I cannot do half of the things he said I could day, half of the things that are mentioned in the policy documents. All I could do was go to a GP that is it. I couldn’t even buy any of my prescriptions with or without authorisation. I decided to cancel this policy as my money was going down the drain they still went ahead and debited my money even after canceling telling me about 30 days notice. I don’t care about the damn notice I just want my money back!!!
