Disappointed At the Poor Service

We app**** were looking for a medical aid for my mom who is a pensioner ansd we came across affinity health for pensioners. To which we decided to do the process, we completed all the information and provided payment details. Then a few days later get a call from another agent from the affinity health who then told me the application was not complete and the lady that helped resigned. The info was not inputted correctly and was asked to resubmit certain documents. I asked for the debit order to be the 1st and they made it the then, furhter to this I was not advised this in not a medical aid but rather a medical insurance. All this information that is not given to you until you have given all your payment details. I then requested for this entire application to be cancelled and I get completely ignored. I resent the mail again a few days later and again no response. Makes you wonder if this is the type of service you receive now, what would it be like when you have an emergency. Very poor service.
