Denied operation based on assumption from the review department at Affinity. I have all the proof needed to show they denying my operation for the wrong reasons.

Good day to all

Trust this mail finds the right person liaise with.

Firstly allow me to explain I was assisted at Glynwood Hospital, Benoni regarding a slip and fall causing bleeding from my navel to which Affinity Health authorize, hpsoital still complaining those payments are outstanding.

2. A scan and sonar was done on me the same day to where I was told I have a strangulates hernia and cycst in my overies and was referred to Dr V K Bhana who then operated on the strangulated hernia with results returning saying I have cycsts on my ovaries therefore it's Endometriosis. He then referred me to Gynecologist. Long story short : after seeing sooo many Gynecologist I ended up at Mediforum Mediclinic in Pta and Arwyp Hospital Gynecologist stipulating my Endometriosis is at stage 4:

Please note in all this time this is the first of me knowing about this health issue. I then obtain and follow Affinity Health protocols obtaining quotes, motivation letters ect only to get told that due to it being at stage 4: it's considered a pre-existing condition therefore denied. I then explain this is my first time hearing about this health issue and Affinity Health is adamant it's something I've always had.

So now I urgently need surgery, Dr letter stating the urgency of the matter and how serious it is and Affinity Health still denies me.

Please explain to me how am I supposed to know I have this if I never had any abnormal pains or symptoms.

Im asking relevant parties to please intervene urgently coz my pain levels are at a point where I can't even walk to help myself.

GYNECOLOGIST put me on Visanne since September and to date I'm sitting with a navel bleeding externally and pain that is beyond unbearable.

Await your urgent response to grant my operation please.

I have all the proof and so does Affinity Health, this external navel bleeding and pain is unbearable.

Kind Regards
