Customer service at it's best 🙌

Good day I would just like to thank their customer service agents Sibongile and Nthabiseng who assisted me today. Due to financial difficulties I'm not able to pay my insurance this month only and I called Affinity Health today and these ladies understood my crisis. They called me back and assured me that my policy will not lapse as long as I keep to the arrangements I made with them. For this I'm grateful. You guys once again proved that your customer service is something you take seriously and your clients matter too.

Thank you so much ladies, I really do appreciate everything you guys did for me today. Thank you Affinity for whatever training you provide to your staff. Such a pleasure working with you guys.
