Can't be more pleased with the telephonic service of affinity health! Honestly where do you find these Uber friendly, sincere and "willing to help with anything" staff. I called a second time today (first was for Pre Auth for the doctor) second time to ask what is covered in my plan, since I now need blood work done. Precious was the lady who assisted me with this. Gosh so nice and genuinely sounds like she cares about her customers . Thank you Precious for making my day and the process simple and seamless. Well done Affinity Health on delivering BRILLIANT customer service. Both Tyrone and Precious are FANTASTIC! Now fingers crossed the health benefits match.
