29 May 2021, 22:42I really gave up on Affinity but the turn around I got from the consultants, please call me department, what's app department, authorization department, complaints department all the staff who assisted me on the 26, 27, 28 May21,day and night staff, they were brilliant and handled me well and calmed me down in my stressful situation, I must say I got excellent service till the END. From the Madell family I just wanna say thank you to all that assisted me as there was so many but a big thanks to Cameron in the complaints department we definitely need more people like him in our call centre's
