Customer care
Nonelela Nqabeni was friendly and remarkably helpful. There was some confusion from the claims department's side which she was able to sort out. It did take a while, however, she kept me informed on the progress every day and she went above and beyond for me. I'm extremely satisfied with her service and she is a great example for all customer care operators.
