<p>Courtney Durber at Affinity Health is one of the most professional, humble, service driven individual I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I emailed Customer Care 2 weeks ago and to date I haven't received a response. When I emailed Courtney she responded within a few hours and professionally dealt with my complaint - no attitude, no agenda and no issues. Her approach is warm without being too personal, helpful without being hurried and efficient without being abrupt. I'm not sure where else you'll find such a balanced individual. My message to Courtney, thank you for your service. You have no idea how just being good at your job makes someone else grateful for that which you offer. I wish you a lifetime of success.
