Compliment

Had a chat with Mckayla at Affinity health customer service regarding a possible new policy. She was brilliant....not 2 min later I got an answer from her pointing me in the right direction and to cap it all, she wasn't trying to be a pushy salesman/lady whatsoever...even if it's not in her job description she cod have tried to push for a sale. None whatsoever and I appreciate that. I refuse to converse with anyone trying to force sell me a product. All she did was give me all the contact info I need and that's it. Now that's a way a sale should be done. Thanks Mckayla and I hope your seniors are aware of your aptness and effeciency. Regards Mark Thomas
