Complaints department on point.

This review is a follow up of my previous review, and is solely aimed at the complaints department, Lungi in particular. I'm really impressed with the level of service that I received from Lungi, she really went above and beyond to make things as comfortable as she could for me. If this is the level of courtesy that I can expect in the future, I'm still gonna be around for a while. Thank you Lungi
