Samu Ndlovu provided me with extremely thorough phone consultations and went above and beyond to ensure that I, the client, is satisfied. Since we first communicated in July, I had reached a point where I needed to cancel this product, but Samu was there to walk me through every step of the process, including the waiting period. Well done, Samu, and keep up the good work.
