Just came off the line with Chante, such amazing service, so friendly, so wonderfully patient with me while I think through which options are best for me and consider all the policies and changes I want to make. Wish we could request consultants every time tee hee would choose her. Also, have had amazing service so far from Affinity (have thankfully only needed day to day benefits such as dentist and specialist visits) and they have paid out what they said would pay out every time without me having to follow up a million times. Very grateful.
