Change of banking details still not resolved

Good day I'm really fed up... I feel like Affinity is playing games with me with regards to my debit order. I requested to have my debit order to run off my new banking details in December 2020 already. It's already end of Feb and I'm still being debit on my old account.

I'm being charged from absa for the miss debits and even been blocked from using my account because this people who deals with change of banking details dont know how to do their jobs .

I made another left transfer and guess what they have a nerve still to send me emails and sms saying my account is outstanding... really not impressed I honestly been patient with them I am ready to move to another company that knows how to do proper business.

I feel like I have to be refunded for those three months without any bank statements request because now that is needing me to go into the bank which I dont have time for... I work a 7 day job no rest ... I'm tired, I dont need this **** from Affinity to. I have other things I need to pay and its affecting my credit profile ...
