Cancellation of Medical Aid
Good day<br> <br> I want to cancel the medical aid as I am going to the competitors as I had problem from the starts and I am not happy the way you pay my doctor. I have gotten a new medical aid, I want this cancellation to be done by the 30 September 2015. No payment must go off my account otherwise there will be trouble then I will not be a very nice person.<br> <br> Regards<br>

Kindly note that Affinity Health is a health insurance and not a medical aid. According to our policy wording, the benefit for doctor consultations is as follows: Unlimited Managed, General Practitioner (GP) Consultations - subject to a maximum rand value as per formulary - defined as R220.00 per visit for a non-dispensing doctor and R240.00 for a dispensing doctor; and two additional per-an/or post-natal care visits including two growth sonars by a practitioner pre-authorised by your Affinity Health Provider, and as amended from time to time.
Please note that to effect the cancellation of this policy, we will require written confirmation by the policy holder.
