Brilliant response

<p>i had a query about conformation about my application for my son's medical aid. I phoned customer care and spoke to Thulani Themba who assured me that he will tend to my query and give me feedback before end of business yesterday. To my amazement i did not have to wait long and my feedback with confirmation was emailed to me.</p> <p>I want to say thank you to Thulani Themba for the brilliant service yesterday and will from now on only deal with him regarding any query that may a rise.</p> <p> </p> <p>H.
