Breach of policy
This morning I was declined admission to the hospital because one of your agents and case managers deemed my injury as a pre existing condition. I consulted with an affiliated GP who then reffered me to a specialist (to whom I paid cash). I visited the specialist and he recommended that I be admitted to hospital. Does pre existing not mean before the policy was taken?
Your agent refused to speak to me and instead informed the hospital administrator that she would send me an email... I'm still waiting for the email.
I am currently is exruciating pain and have reffered this case to the ombudsman. Thank you for your negligence. P.S... Your call centre number ********** 033 is also not available.

The event was officially declined as a diagnostic event.
Once the results of the procedure are available, you are more than welcome to send these documents to us for clinical assessment, from which it can only be determined then whether the condition is pre-existing or not pre-existing.
