Bravo to Boipelo from IER Department
Bravo to Boipelo from IER for the outstanding service.
My child had febrile convulsions in the early hours of the morning around 02:00, and my partner and I were panicking. I called IER, and Boipelo answered immediately and calmly assisted with dispatching an ambulance. Within 15 minutes, the paramedics were already at our doorstep.
