Brandon Singh assisted me telephonically. I had intially laid a complaint against a consultant that assisted me on WhatsApp and this consultant left me feeling helpless. I said to this consultant, I feel like cancelling because of this and the consultant still submitted the request. Brandon called and listened to my complaint and answered all my questions, he even went an extra mile by sending an e-mail with information I needed. Although my intention was not to actually cancel the consultant still went ahead and submitted the request and did nothing to assist me with my actual query.
