Best staff and service I've had
I have been a member of Affinity Health for many years and have always enjoyed excellent service and speedy responses to every request. Their staff are some of the best I have encountered. Samantha Snyders helped me yesterday and she was great...she was friendly, understanding and responded immediately to my request for urgency.
