So I queried with Affinity Health that I am in credit with them and the representative on the line promised I would be reimbursed within 5 weeks...

A year later... I get a call regarding an update on my account.. I inform the lady on the phone of what has happened and I am not happy.. The understanding and professional representative then escalated my call and I was reimbursed not even a full 2 weeks later..
