Best client service BUT WORST payout service

The company with the most Friendly's operators BUT the worst cover.. I am on the Gold Max cover but they should rather advertise it as the "no pay out cover" Since I joined in 2023 I went to the dentist once and to my local GP once.. I had to pay an amount of over R5000 were affinity only covered R1500..

Absolutely SHOCKING 😲 Everytime there response is: "sorry mam, we do not cover those procedures "..

Please double check what exactly they cover before you use their services..
