Bad service for emergency

Last week I opened a policy to include my husband and kids. The sales rep did everything telephonically.this morning I have an emergency, (my policy starts on 1st February but they have accident cover immediately) I called for Auth they said my policy wasn't active as my husband should not have been added as a beneficiary, so a friendly agent Imogen helped him get his own policy this morning. She was excellent.

Now I need Auth to take him to hospital as he had an accidental fall with open wound. They say I must wait until his policy is active.

Really now!! If the job was done properly the first time there won't be a delay in treatment. I have asked for management details still waiting.

Someone needs to get hold of me immediately so I can get husband treated.

If something goes wrong with him because of delayed treatment I will hold affinity health responsible. The person who assisted with the initial policy will also be held responsible as he did not do his job properly and now there is a delay
