Bad service - empty promises
Paid on 3 July 2015 (was debited an admin fee which was hidden in disclosure and never mentioned in original quote) then heard nothing for a while. Got an email with my \document pack"attached only to find out it was a brochure. Queried this and was asked for my delivery address which was confirmed. Then followed up and my delivery address was read out wrong to me"
