Bad service
Today I had a very bad experience with one of the nurses,I needed an assistance and that nurse was so cold like very cold . firstly I'm sick my throat is killing me and yet she tells me I need to speak up if I need help she was so impatient with me she couldn't wait to hang up...I couldn't tell her everything cause I could hear her tone was very off and rude .I'm so disappointed as if we not paying,no matter how little but still I'm paying every month..I wish I had another choice but it's a company service provider.
