bad service

im from the security industry where affinity health is assisting us with medical aid or i may say health insurance scheme but service we getting its not what they sad to us when they came for a meeting with pitawu members we are very disappointed we actually get no service at all they only us R500 a year when u want to buy medication at clicks to see a dentist u only have R2500 a year hospital when u sick government hospital u only use the private hospital when injured accident only so this thing is not helping us at all we make a callback to speak to a consultant even if u sick u make a callback first before u can go and see the doctor sometimes u need a medical attention fast u have to wait for consultant to call and tell u which doctor u must go to u have choice of your own u cant use your doctor u must use the doctor that they tell to go too affinity u taking us for a ride here is it becos we are security u dont care about our lifes while we pay our money ?
