Bad service

I joined the medical insurance with affinity health last year the inception date was 2020/01/01 but now when i try to get medication they siad i need to call them every time that nonsense becouse i was not told about that. And what if i dont have airtime that i can die but im paying premium every month for nothing i think this company is making money from people is not the the company that want to assist
