WORSE MEDICAL INSURANCE EVER!!! They cover nothing false advertising I would never ever recommend them you pay so much money but all the time you must pay cash for medicine they don't give more than 3 times year of the same medication so you can't get sick more than 3 times a year really pathetic please people don't sign up with Affinity you will waste your money they cover nothing you will waste your money paying them each month PLEASE DON'T GO WITH AFFINITY THEY A WASTE of money and time
