bad medical aid

These company contact me on the 18 Jun for this medical aid. The lady said it would take 28 days for the delivery of my policy and cards but until now nothing was received. Every time I call or send email there is no reply or the phone connection gets cut off. They keep on trying to get money out of my account. I can't cancel because I have nothing, no documents or policy no and every email I send to cancel gets no reply. I think this is a \BOGUS"COMPANY. Everyone pl be WARNED!!! """
