Bad customer handling and false advertising

Because I have been visiting a GP for a few months concerning my health affinity health sent me a letter that I am claiming excessively on my unlimited day to day health cover and therefore they are cautioning me that they reserve the right to terminate my policy should I continue visiting my GP where my health is of concern. These people are subtly accusing me of being a *****.

Now why the threat and tone of cancelling my policy making me to look like a *****? That is an insult!

We do understand your frustrations and the intention was not to make you feel that you were being threatened. The letter was to make you aware of the rules of the policy.

Kind Regards

Do the rules of the policy imply that if the need arises I should not visit a GP fearing a policy cancellation as a result of my ill-health?

Please note that members can make use of the Telemedicine Consulting benefit and should the Primary Healthcare Professional deem it necessary for a member to consult a doctor, they will refer the member to a Network GP.

Kind Regards
