BAD BAD SERVICE

I have never experience so much headache from a company like this. In August they did not debit from my account and I didn't pick it up. In September same thing happens then lucky enough I picked it up and tried to trace back when they last took the debit order through my bank statement. When I called them to find out what was happening I was told I don't a policy with Affinity and I didn't exist. Bare in mind I had joined 2018 March. I had to fight with consultant trying to explain that I am an existing client. Finally they go investigate and came back to me saying they had a system error and my policy was kicked out. Now this is where the problems starts: they expect me to make full arrears payment WHICH IS TOTALLY UNFAIR TO ME. WHY ARE THEY MAKING THEIR PROBLEMS MY PROBLEM. I told them that I would make a direct payment for 1 month and the remaining 1 month I can make split payments in condition that they put it down on email because if something happens to me they shall not cover my hospital bills. I have been sending emails and trying to call them but no one seems to care. WHY SHOULD I STRESS AND RUN AFTER THEM AFTER THEY CREATED THIS PROBLEMS. THEIR SERVICE IS BAD AND AM ABOUT TO CANCEL THE POLICY.
