Appreciation for best customer service

I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Zanele Rampete. After a number of calls to Affinity Health regarding my hospital pre-authorisation I was finally assisted by this young lady who made sure that my pre-payment was done to my midewife and she kept calling to make sure that I received the POP. Today she also called me to remind me that I need to send banking details so she can process payment for my hospital bill.

I know we always complain about the terrible service we receive from our medical aid but I must say this time around I was proven wrong. Zanele please keep up the good work and know that I appreciate everything you have done for me after screaming and shouting at you. Your customer service it's outstanding and I will recommend your company to others because of what you did for me.
