My child of 7 had to go for an emergency appendectomy Affinity health said that it is a planned operation and not an emergency. How the hell do you plan a appendectomy. You did not care about my child yet you take my money every month with a smile. Today I am sitting with a R8000.00 hospital bill, R 4000.00 Anaesthetist bill and bills popping in left and right that I do not know how I must pay for because according to you a appendectomy is a planned operation. Maybe you should go and review your planning Affinity health my child could have died if his appendixes burst and then you still going to say that it’s not an emergency.
