Anneke De beer - Angel in disguise

I would like to acknowledge Anneke De beer, a pre-authorization agent at Affinity Health for the exceptional service and assistance I received from her. By just caring about her fellow human being she has really gone out of her way to investigate the authorization I required for my procedure were she could have just left it at the first answer I got (which was not so favorable) She has really brightened my day and restored my faith that there are still angels in human form amongst us.
