Amazing service From Shownise Johnson
I firstly want to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO SHOWNISE JOHNSON!!!
From being such a angry client she managed to calm me and managed to sort out my claim so fast and efficiently. Guys, I know she is in the complaints department but if you ever need anything done fast, she is your person. She stays in contact with you regarding the process and where everything is at. I have never experienced such great service like I have with her. Thank you Shownise, you are amazing!!
